The second part of your insider experience includes a behind the scenes tour of a United operating hub at any of the following airports: SFO, LAX, DEN, IAH, ORD, IAD, or EWR. Conducted by the chief pilot, this tour will share what it takes to get an airplane, passengers, luggage, and cargo away from the gate and onto its next destination within a dynamic environment involving travelers, weather, airline and ground personnel, air traffic control, and the aircraft.
