Handmade Quilt

A beautiful, handmade quilt, made especially for our gala every year by Journey Home friend and supporter, Bethany Morelli. Bethany and her quilting friends make quilts all year round for Journey Home and then gifts them to those who are moving from homelessness to housing. They have been giving us and ultimately our clients this incredible gift for many years and we are so grateful for the love that they send through their quilts. The "gala quilt" that is created each year is always one of our most popular auction items!

Bethany writes: "This quilt was created during our recent quarantine when I wished to celebrate some of my favorite colors and fabrics. I had saved some smaller bits from other projects and bringing them out to play with and assemble into a new quilt brought me a lot of joy. I hope that this colorful quilt will bring that joy into its new home."
