Host a "Swim for Jake" Swimming Fundraiser and earn up to 10 Community Service Hours! You can earn PRIZES too! Your participation will help raise awareness and funds for childhood drowning prevention. All proceeds go to the Live Like Jake Foundation for self-rescue swim scholarships to families in need.
It's Simple!
1. Register your swimming fundraiser.
2. Select your goal, date & time.
3. Share with family & friends.
4. Swim! Swim! Swim!
5. Send photo & reflection to Live Like Jake.
Once swimming fundraiser is completed, please send a photo (along with the photo release from Live Like Jake website) and a brief reflection to [email protected] to receive your community service hours and participation medal. Photos will be shared on Live Like Jake social media outlets and website. Photo release can be found at www.livelikejake.com/events under the "Swim for Jake" tab.
