Crux Conditioning

Crux Conditioning's core membership is a grouped membership to their training facility in Chattanooga, TN.

The membership includes:

• 3 strength sessions a week
• 2 fingerboard sessions, and
• A directed climbing session.

In the gym, you'll receive coaching, motivation, and guidance as you work through every session. We'll work with barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight. The training plans progress week to week and allow for steady, safe, and sustainable progress.

Join Joslynn Peterson, Strength Coach & Exercise Cancer Specialist, for a Functional movement assessment, associated exercises, and Strength evaluation.

Peterson is a strength coach based out of Boulder, CO. She works with climbers and endurance athletes, such as trail/road runners, skiing, and cyclists.

Climb with the gurus of offwidth and stars of the Girls Gone Wide film.

Mary Eden has been rock climbing for over 10 years and has been a guide for the last 6. She is an all-around talented rock climber, but she is mostly known for her offwidth climbs. She has multiple 5.13 rock climbs under her belt, including Supreme Manliness 5.13-, Spatial Relations 5.13-, and Iron Sharpens Iron 5.13-.

Kaya Lindsay is an offwidth aficionado who enjoys nothing more than a good sufferfest with friends in the desert. She has only been offwidth climbing for a few years but in that time has some impressive ascents under her belt including Worm Drive 5.11, Big Pink 5.11, and Whipping Boy 5.11.

Both Mary and Kaya are looking forward to sharing this knowledge with you and having a great time out rock climbing in Moab!

Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of climbing experience, bring high-top loose climbing shoes, long sleeve shirt, long pants, closed-toed shoes, lots of water, a headlamp, good vibes, and a positive attitude.

Lizzy Dalton is a Portland, Oregon-based artist and tattooer. Originally from New York state, she moved to Oregon in 2015 to be closer to the wild landscapes that inspire her most. When she's not making art, Lizzy loves climbing, hiking, and spending time in the outdoors, and in her work she aims to capture the emotions these experiences often evoke. She has become known for her precise and intricately detailed depictions of mountains and famous climbing destinations.

In 2021, Lizzy started on her journey to fulfill a longtime dream of becoming a tattoo artist. She did her first real tattoos in January of 2022, and has since fallen in love with the medium. She is excited to bring her signature artistic style to life in tattoo form!

The work is created to fit your goals, schedule, and equipment availability. The plan starts out with an initial zoom call to chart the course forward, then using that plan, we'll build a 12-week training plan delivered through our training app.

The app will allow you to log every session, view demonstration videos, leave comments on how things go, and stay in touch with your coach with messaging and zoom calls if desired. We provide planning, accountability, and motivation from afar.
