Terms of Use

DETAILS OF RAFFLE ENTRY & PARTICIPATION.

The winner will take home half of the money raised, for a total of up to $20,000!
Raffle tickets ("Tickets") are one hundred ($100) dollars each. The ticket purchase price does not qualify as a charitable contribution. Personal checks should be made out to " Breakfast Rotary Charitable Foundation." Internet and mailed entries / payments must be received by BBRC no later than 12 PM (CDT) on July 7th , 2022. All entries must include payment by personal check, bank check, money order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card) payment. For credit card purchases, the purchaser must provide the full name, billing address and telephone
number of the cardholder and the credit card number and expiration date per the requested information on the entry form. Any Entry Form and payment received after 400 tickets have been sold, will be returned. No other refunds will be made, except as otherwise determined by BBRC in its sole discretion. Subject to availability, persons may purchase as many Tickets as they wish. BBRC reserves the right to disqualify false entries or entries suspected of being false, illegible, defective, incomplete, or physically altered entry forms and entries that do not include valid or complete payment. BBRC is not responsible for printing errors in any Raffle-related material, or for lost, late, misdirected, or non-delivered mail or corrupt internet messages, or any other failure to receive orders or deliver receipts prior to the drawing deadlines. All entries become the property of BBRC and will not be returned. BBRC reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

The Club of Barrington Breakfast Rotary (BBRC) is operating and has registered this raffle with the Village of Barrington.

Winner must report cash winnings using IRS Form 8300
