$225Join Certified Parent Coach, Rebecca Benenati as she coaches you through which parenting strategies work (and which don't!), helps you build a stronger relationship with your kid(s), and introduces discipline techniques that do not include yelling or spanking. She will help you make and stick to your parenting goals.
She is ready to help you by listening to the specifics about your household and your tendencies. She is ready to help you get creative and to simplify parenting with you. Parenting does not have to overwhelm us.

$110Rebecca Benenati uses a combination of several healing modalities to make up your session.
You will have a quick consultation so she can assess what you may need. During the session, you may receive any or all of the following healing techniques, Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Tui Na, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Thai Massage therapy, stretching, breathwork, sound healing, cupping and mantra.

Rebecca Benenati has been in the business of Health and Fitness since 1992. Before training as a doula, she had already made a name for herself with her own personal training, private yoga and massage business. She began teaching yoga in 1993 after being reminded of how fun it was to move and stretch like she did as a young gymnast. Her yoga practice has not only become a way of life, it has become the one single thing that keeps her grounded, sane, happy, challenged and strong. With that foundation has come new technique after new technique added to her catalog.
