TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Travel package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Certificates/gift cards
cannot be replaced. Passport required for travel outside the U.S. A $9.00 per night government imposed tax is the
responsibility of the traveler and required to be paid directly to hotel upon check out. At least one traveler must
be 21 years of age or older. Travelers must be residents of either the United States or Canada. Standard package
is for two guests. Up to two children age 11 or under can be added at no additional cost at the time of booking.

Participating properties are subject to change. Travel is valid for 18 months from the date of issue. (1) $400
American Express gift card is provided toward holiday travel supplemental fee. A minimum 30 day advance
reservation is required.
Travelers selecting Nuevo Vallarta destination are responsible for a one time resort fee of $250.00 that includes:
One way transportation from airport to resort, daily maid and turndown service, welcome cocktails, local phone
calls, Internet access, gym access, inter-resort shuttle service.
Travelers selecting The Hacienda Del Mar are responsible for a one time resort fee of $63.00. (Availability is
limited).
Travelers selecting Hacienda Encantada and Marina Fiesta are responsible for a resort fee of $7.00 per day.
Travelers selecting Riviera Maya destination are responsible for a one time resort fee of $200.00 that includes:
One way transportation from airport to resort, daily maid and turndown service, welcome cocktails, local phone
calls, Internet access, gym access, inter-resort shuttle service.
Travelers selecting Acapulco destination are responsible for a one time resort fee of $150.00 that includes: One
way transportation from airport to resort, daily maid and turndown service, welcome cocktails, local phone calls,
Internet access, gym access, inter-resort shuttle service.
Travelers selecting the Grand Bliss destinations are responsible for a resort upgrade fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancelation more than 31 days prior to arrival is subject to a $129.00 rebooking fee.
Cancelation 15-30 days prior to arrival is subject to a $279.00 rebooking fee. Trip protection is available for
$49.00 at the time of booking. With trip protection, there is no rebooking fee for cancelations more than 31 days
prior to arrival and a $99.00 rebooking fee is due for cancelations 15-30 days prior to arrival. Cancelation less
than 14 days prior to arrival, with or without trip protection, is subject to forfeiture of reservations and funds.
