Shesus Sculpture
$140Shesus. 12"x8"x2.5" Plaster Resin. Ready to be Mounted.
Teresa's artwork is highly influenced by the iconography of religion and the detail in the paintings and reliefs from the Renaissance period. Shesus is a piece that puts into question what we are taught to idolize in women through the reimagined symbolism of Christian art and the freeing of this feminine image from the cross. And she's smiling!
