Do you agree to allow LEAP to use your personal data?

I consent to allowing LEAP to capture and use my personal data. I understand and have read the Terms of Service and understand that I may revoke this consent at any time.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted. No item is redeemable for cash. You are responsible for the safety and security of the item(s) once you have claimed them. Shipping is at winning bidders cost and will be billed separately. Items can also be picked up at the event or after the event at LEAP’s offices by emailing info@LEAPfranklin.org and setting up a time to pick up your item.

Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from Community Cancer Fund, their elected and appointed officials, members and employees, the auctioneers, the auction company and its agents and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.

Some items are subject to limitations/restrictions listed in the catalogue and/or on the gift certificates. Hotel, theatre, and restaurant items are subject to space availability and may be subject to "blackout" dates.

The auction item value listed is an estimate of Fair Market Value (FMV). Items have not been appraised unless so noted. Our organization is a 501(c)(3) organization. Any bid over the value of the item is considered a donation and may be tax deductible. Please consult your tax adviser to clarify amount of deduction. All transactions fees for winning bids are paid by the winning bidder (Max3.63%).
