Enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience with insight of the Zapotec and Incan cultures. The evening will consist of five courses representing each of those cultures paired with wine and beer. The courses will consist of segueza soup; tamales with two different moles; ceviche mixto; yuca rellena; and nicuatole for dessert. You will also enjoy live music and a performance by the Chilean artist Lucrecia Novoa.
This experience is limited to 20 guests and will take place on Saturday, July 29th at the home of Ivan & Naomi Otterness located in Ledyard, CT.
