A Midsummer Night's Dream
$1900A Midsummer Night's Dream...dinner and wine pairing experience!
On Friday, September 9, 2022 you and 7 of your closest friends will enjoy a dinner like no other - a four-course menu, thoughtfully matched with beautiful wines from Oregon's premier winery The Four Graces, home of estate-grown, handcrafted pinot noir.
Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed in the most summery way, with a cocktail made from their estate Rosè and a sumptuous platter to whet your appetite. Sit back and relax, or join in the fun as 2019 Man of the Year candidate, firefighter & yacht chef Tommy Schroeder prepares your meal, including, perhaps, something fabulous finished around an open fire. Each course will be perfectly complemented by a special wine from The Four Graces. Eventually you will need to say your goodbyes, but no one is leaving before they've had a bit of a homemade dessert and a nightcap. While the details will be decided closer to the event, you can expect a welcome platter, a beautiful salad, a mouthwatering main course, and a simply perfect dessert.
As September seems soooo far away, tonight you get to take home a handmade chef's knife by 2019 Man of the Year candidate Jarrod Lyman, forged by fire and beautiful to behold. It will no doubt inspire you in your own kitchen!
