When a child is diagnosed by a pediatric illness, the whole family is impacted. Your gift will not only support a Heroes Circle participant for one full year of therapeutic martial arts classes and hospital visits, but it will allow us to connect that family to local support services and ensure they can meet their basic needs during their child's illness/treatment.

Host an in-person or virtual Breath Brake presentation for your company. Presented by Rabbi G. and a few of our little heroes, participants will learn how to identify stress responses and use our martial arts therapeutic meditations to combat stress and anxiety at home and in the workplace. All participants will also be given access to our new Breath Brake app, available on the Apple and Google Play app stores.
