What is the Break-A-Thon?

Since 2006, U.S. Taekwondo Center students have used their Taekwondo skills to give back to the community by raising funds for local nonprofits! For 2022, our goal is to raise $25,000 through board breaking, corporate sponsorships, a mystery wine pull, and silent auction! All proceeds from Break-A-Thon will benefit Angels of America's Fallen.

Saturday March 5th:

Angels of America's Fallen pairs mentors with children of the Fallen to engage them in healthy developmental activities such as sports, the arts, dance and music to increase resiliency from the time of loss until they reach adulthood.  The Angels program reduces the risk of dropping out of school, turning to drugs and alcohol or committing suicide.

This year, the BREAK-A-THON proceeds will benefit Angels of America's Fallen.

Angels of America's Fallen honors our Fallen by supporting the dreams of their children.  By pairing children of the Fallen with mentors in sports, the arts, music and leadership, we engage them in healthy developmental activities to increase resilience to connect them deeper to their community and school, give them healthy alternatives to drugs and alcohol and reduce the risk of suicide.
