CL Chamber March Madness Mixer

The Crystal Lake Young Professionals and Independence Health & Therapy are hosting a Chamber March Madness Mixer at Georgio's in Crystal Lake. 

All proceeds benefit the programs and services offered to our community by Independence Health & Therapy. The Crystal Lake Young Professionals will match all proceeds and donations up to $1,000! 

Pre-registration is suggested. 

The ticket price includes pizza, beer, and an opportunity to fill out your bracket. 

Independence Health & Therapy is McHenry county's leading wellness center providing adult day health and memory care programs, behavioral health services, and physical, occupational and speech therapy for all ages. Our programs are centered around improving lives through care, education, and advocacy. Approximately 75% of all clients are classified as low-income. Independence Health and Therapy accepts Medicaid, Medicare and those who are uninsured, offering scholarships or a sliding fee scale for care.
