Thomas Glavin is a former professional baseball player. A pitcher, Glavine played MLB for for the Atlanta Braves (1987-2002, 2008), and NY Mets (2003-2007). He was the MVP of the 1995 World Series as the Braves beat the Cleveland Indians. With 164 victories during the 1990s, Glavine earned the second highest number of wins as a pitcher in the NL, second only to teammate Greg Maddux's 176. He was a five-time 20-game winner and two-tie Cy Young Award winner, and one of only 24 pitchers (and just 6 left-handers ) in major league history to earn 300 career wins. On January 8, 2014, he was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility, while receiving 91.9% of the votes cast.
Paul Hornung, nicknamed "the Golden Boy," was a pro footballer who was a Hall of Fame running back for the Green Bay Packers of the NFL from 1957 to 1966. He played on the teams that won four NFL titles and the first Super Bowl. He is the first Heisman Trophy winner to be selected as the first overall selection in the NFL Draft, play pro football, win the NFL MVP award, and be inducted into both the pro and college football halls of fame. Packers coach Vince Lobardi stated that Hornung was "the greatest player I ever coach." A versatile player, Hornung was a halfback, QB, and place kicker. He was an excellent all-around college athlete at Notre Dame, he also played basketball.

Larry Wayne "Chipper" Jones Jr. is an American former MLB player. Jones was the Atlanta Braves' number one overall pick in the 1990 MLB draft and their primary third baseman from 1995 to 2012 (with the exception of 2002-2003 when he played left field). An eight-time All Star, Jones won the 1999 NL Most Valuable Player Award and the 1999 and 2000 NL Silver Slugger Award for third baseman. He was the batting champion in 2008 after hitting .364. On June 28, 2013, the Braves retried Jones' #10 and inducted him into the team's Hall of Fame. He was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in his 1st year of eligibility. The 2021 Georgia Bulldog football team represented the University of Georgia in the 2021 NCAA Division I FBS football season. Jerry Lucas is an American former basketball player. He was a nationally awarded high school player, national college star at Ohio State, and 1960 gold medal Olympian. As a collegian Lucas led the Ohio State Buckeyes to three straight NCAA finals (1960-1962), winning the national championship in 1960. He is the only three-time Big Ten Basketball Player of the Year, and was named the NCAA Player of the Year in 1961 and 1962 by USBWA, the AP, and Sporting News. As a pro, Lucas was named All-NBA First Team three times, All-NBA Second Team twice, and NBA All-Star seven times, was the 1964 NBA Rookie of the Year and named Most Valuable Player of the 1965 NBA All-Star Team. He was inducted to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1980.

After playing college football for the Baylor Bears, Singletary was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the second round of the 1981 NFL Draft and was known as "The Heart of the Defense" for the Chicago Bears' Monsters of Midway. Andruw Jones is a Curacaoan former baseball outfielder and designated hitter who played 17 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB), most notably for the Atlanta Braves. Jones also played for the Dodgers, Rangers, White Sox, and New York Yankees, and the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles. Jones was a noted defensive specialist for most of his career and won the Rawlings Gold Glove Award for outfielders every year from 1998 through2007, 10 in a row. He had a strong throwing arm in addition to his elite fielding. He was an MLB All-Star five times, and he won both the Hank Aaron Award and a Silver Slugger Award for outfielders in 2005.
JaQuavian "Quay" Walker is an American football linebacker for the Green Bay Packers of the NFL. He played college football at Georgia and was drafted by the Packers in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft. Walker played in all 14 of Georgia's games during his freshman season and had six total tackles. He saw increased playing time as a sophomore and finished the season with 23 tackles, 3.5 tackle for loss, and 2.5 sacks. Walker finished as Georgia's fourth-leading tackler with 43 in his junior season. Walker was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the 1st round (22nd overall) of the 2022 Draft. The Packers previously acquired the pick in a trade that sent Davante Adams to Las Vegas Raiders. On May 6, 2022, he signed his rookie contract. CFP national champion (2021).

Vick played college football at Virginia Tech, where he received All-American honors, and was selected first overall by the Atlanta Falcons in 2001 NFL Draft. During his six years with the Falcons, he was named to 3 Pro Bowls while leading the team on 2 playoff runs, one division title, and an NFC Championship appearance. Career highlights and awards: NFL Comeback of the Year (2010), 4x Pro Bowl (2002, 2004, 2005, 2010), Bert Bell Award, Archie Griffin Award, First-Team All-American, Big East Offensive Player of the Year, Big East Rookie of the Year. Travis Etienne Jr. is a running back for the Jaguars of the NFL. He played college football for the Clemson Tigers and was selected by the Jaguars in the first round. On October 31, 2020, in a 34-28 win over Boston College, Etienne finished with two touchdowns and a career-high 264 all-purpose yards. With the performance, he scored a touchdown in 42 games, breaking Donnel Pumphrey's record for the most FBS in history. He finished his career with touchdowns scored 46 games. With his 4,952 career rushing yards Etienne also broke the ACC career rushing record previously held by Ted Brown. He set ACC career records for rushing Touchdowns (70), total Touchdowns (78), and total points scored (468).
Zamir White, nicknamed "Zeus," is an American football running back for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Georgia and was drafted by the Raiders in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. He rushed for a season high 92 yards and 1 touchdown on 18 carries against Baylor in the 2020 Sugar Bowl. White finished his redshirt season with 408 yards and 3 TD's on 78 carries with 2 receptions for 20 yards. In the shortened 2020 season, White was GA's leading rusher with 779 yards and 11 touchdowns on 144 carries. In 2021, White again led all Georgia running backs with 856 yards and 11 touchdowns on 160 carries. Labeled a steal in the draft!

Edson Arantes do Nascimento, known as Pele, is a Brazilian former pro soccer player who played as forward. Regarded as one of the greatest players of all time and labelled "the greatest," by FIFA, he was among the most successful and popular sports figures of the 20th century. In 1999 he was named Athlete of the Century by the International Olympic Committee and was included in the Time list of the 100 most important people of the 20th century. In 2000, Pele was voted World Player of the Century by IFFHS, and was one of the two joint winners of the FIFA Player of the Century. His 1,279 goals in 1,363 games, which included friendlies, is a Guinness World Record.

Marcell Dareus is an American football defensive tackle who is a free agent and spent many years in the NFL. He was drafted by the Bills third overall i the 2011 Draft. Dareus has also played for the Jacksonville Jaguars. He played for Alabama Crimson Tide, were he was named defensive MVP of the 2010 BCS National Championship Game. Career highlights and awards: 2x Pro Bowl (2013, 2014), First-Team All-Pro (2014), PFWA All-Rookie Team, First-team All-SEC (2010), BCS National Championship MVP (2010), BCS National Champion (2010), and SEC CHampion (2009).
