Madison Square Park
Party in the Park will honor Keats Myer, Executive Director and Madison Square Park Conservancy staff for their work over the past decade in expanding the vision of what an urban green space can be. We'll also celebrate 2022 Artists Hugh Hayden, whose Brier Patch is currently on view in the park, and Cristina Iglesias, whose Landscape and Memory debuts in the Park in June.
Join us for a celebratory evening under the stars, with a live auction and a unique dining experience from Danny Meyer's Union Square Events. All proceeds from the event will help sustain the Conservancy's mission to steward Madison Square park as a clean and green oasis for our community.

Keats Myer, Executive Director
Madison Square Park Conservancy
Keats Myer, a nonprofit institution-builder by training, has been the Executive Director of Madison Square Park Conservancy since September 2013. During her tenure she has led the Conservancy through a clear and focused strategic plan and a successful $8 million capital campaign. Together with Conservancy staff, she has spent close to a decade building relationships to better understand the community's needs and transforming Madison Square Park into an urban green space accessible to all for recreation, respite, and reflection.
Keats received her Master's from the Wagner School of Public Service at NYU. Before joining Madison Square Park Conservancy, she served as the Executive Director of The Children's Museum of the Arts in Lower Manhattan where she quadrupled the Museum's audience reach and funding, and was responsible for the relocation and design of the museum's new home built in 2010. Keats was also a founding member of the team responsible for conceptualizing, fundraising, designing, and building The National Track & Field Hall of Fame and Learning Center in Upper Manhattan, where she served as Museum Director upon opening. Keats is currently the Treasurer of the Tamworth Community Foundation in New Hampshire, and is originally from Cambridge Massachusetts.
