HIGHLIGHTS

Event hosts for the evening are encouraged! Gather and host your friends in the IslandWood Dining Hall or in your own space. We're happy to help with coordination!

Auction items will be available for bidding online starting March 26, with a few especially exceptional items featured during the live evening program on April 2.   Silent auction items close at 6:30 pm on April 2nd.

ON-CAMPUS GUESTS
Bring the kiddos to Dinner in the Woods! We're excited to offer educational programs for children aged 6-16 while adults attend dinner. Kiddos will have the option to join a fun-filled three hours, packed with nature education, crafts, activities, and their own special dinner.

Make it a weekend and stay the night in our campus lodges! We are pleased to offer overnight accommodations, with rooms sleeping up to six guests, and continental breakfast served Sunday morning.

If you need transportation from the Bainbridge Ferry terminal, we recommend Viking Cabs. Transportation service on the island can be spotty, so please reserve ahead.  Their number is 360-244-4420.

We really (really!) hope to gather in person, but will offer full refunds should we need to move to an online event or you're not able to join us. We ask that all guests age 12+ are vaccinated. We no longer verify vaccination status.

ONLINE GUESTS

Whether you live far away or prefer to celebrate IslandWood from your living room, we invite you to head online and join us! Broadcasted from our Dining Hall, the one-hour online event will include live speakers, inspiring videos, thoughtfully curated live auction items, and an education moment. If you'd like to host a Zoom social hour prior to the broadcast, we would love that! We can provide a private Zoom room link for you and your guests to mix, mingle, and connect prior to the program.

If you live locally, enjoy a tasty IslandWood Grazing Platter for two while you watch the broadcast program at home! Grazing platters will be available for purchase and pick-up on Bainbridge and in Seattle.
