Modern yet historic cottage situated ideally in the heart of the village of Leland, Michigan and Leelanau County. One block off of Main Street across from the Village Green Park. Home was originally moved to current location in the mid 1800s. Look for the original 10-inch plank floors in the living room and custom carpentry throughout. Fully updated home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom. Modern eat in kitchen, two dining areas inside and wonderful sitting areas and garden outside. A new master suite and ensuite master bath addition and extensive renovations/restoration in Summer 2020.

Walk to Lake Michigan beach access north and south of the Leland Harbor, Lake Leelanau Nedows Bay access at the end of Pearl Street a short walk away. Walk to the Leland Country Club, Leland Yacht Club, Hancock Field for tennis or basketball - playground, walk to all the shops, galleries, cafes, library and cultural center at the Old Art Building and Leelanau Historical Museum. Order late evening ice cream cone across the street or take a glass of wine and walk a few short steps to the Leland Harbor at sunset each evening at Fishtown as the sun hides behind the Manitou Islands. Always a beautiful way to end the day regardless of the time of year.
