This home has 4 private bedrooms, each with a private bath. A loft sleeping area with 3 twin beds, A fully furnished basement / rec room with additional sleeping areas (Queen murphy bed and 6 twin trundle beds) and full bath. The basement is equipped with a theater room, pool table, and electronic dart board.

A private sandy beach is located directly behind the home with just over 100 stairs to the beach. The home includes a heated saltwater swimming pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) and hot tub. The wrap around deck, sweeping lawn and fire pit all have spectacular views of Lake Michigan.

Numerous wineries and golf courses are nearby. Only 45 min away from the University of Notre Dame campus.

Rental is off season (Post Labor Day - Pre Memorial Day) and subject to owner's availability. Sleeps up to 18 people. No weddings allowed.

Must be four consecutive nights and be used by November 1, 2023.
