Bruno was inspired to do this art because of his mommy and Auntie Frances. They are college arch rivals, with his mommy being a proud NC State graduate and his aunt being a proud graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill. They also both have friends who are strongly for or against the other university. He doesn't like "a house divided" so he was inspired to express his feelings by painting both on one canvas.
