Come relax in our cozy river home just an hour drive southwest from Houston. Enjoy the peace and quiet as you lounge on the patio and watch the many hummingbirds. Unwind with a glass of wine and dinner while hanging out with friends and family on the deck, dock or by the fire pit. Enjoy fishing or swimming in the river or the nearby beach towns of Surfside, Sargent or Matagorda. After a long day of fun, soak in the hot tub and look at the stars. So much room for so much fun!

The space
Outside - Large covered porch with swing over looking the river. Plenty of room on the deck to eat and relax. Enjoy the firepit as you grill your dinner. Dock is shaded by beautiful oak trees and we have tree lighting and string lights for hanging out by the river in the evening. Enjoy privacy of fenced hot tub.

Inside - Large kitchen with all appliances and dishes provided. Living room is spacious and has plenty of room for seating. We have 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and half bath. The second bedroom over looks the river and has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds.

Other things to note
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood on the river and should not be used for large parties or gatherings. Space is intended for families or smaller gatherings.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the home or on the property. This is strictly enforced. The "No Smoking" policy includes marijuana and any other substance burned and inhaled, including vaping devices. A substantial fee will be charged for extra cleaning fees to remove odor, repaint walls and replace furniture. All fees associated with removing smoke smell will be at guest expense.

Property must be rented by an adult 25 or older and at least one adult per every 3 people under 25 must be on property.
