A message from Jacob's parents:

It is our pleasure to have designated this memorial donation to support local First Tee Coastal Carolinas efforts - college scholarships, youth programs, and events. Jacob initially came to Myrtle Beach in January 2009 attending the Golf Academy of America and graduated in April 2010. During the next nine years he lived and worked in the North Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet areas. Throughout this time, Jacob was fortunate to make many acquaintances and dear friends, and eventually came to value Murrells Inlet as his second home and family. His life was blessed with much happiness, joy, and accomplishment during his daily interactions with friends, coworkers, clients, and their families. In February 2019, Jacob tragically lost his life in a house fire and is missed every day.

This memorial tournament will also enable Jacob's strong work ethic, goodwill, and love to live on - within the area and for its people that he loved and cared about so much! From the depths of our hearts, we thank each of you. Your participation in this tournament, generosity, and thoughtfulness are greatly appreciated!
