Do you agree to allow Tennyson Center for Children to use your personal data?

I consent to allowing Tennyson Center for Children to capture and use my personal data for internal use and in order to properly receipt (required for taxes) and acknowledge contributions made to this organization.  I have the ability to opt out of marketing and solicitations and to make my contributions anonymous in any organizational publications. 

I understand and have read the Terms of Service and understand that I may revoke this consent at any time.
