The Attendee hereby agrees to abide by any rules and regulations provided by NJSL.  The Attendee further acknowledges that NJSL may revoke the Attendee’s right to use and remain on the Premises at any time and without a refund. The Attendee hereby waives any and all rights and claims for damages, losses, demands, and any and all other actions, which exist or which may arise against NJSL and Brent Scarbrough, individually and as owner of Brent Scarbrough & Company, Inc., (hereinafter collectively “Scarbrough”) (including, but not limited to, any and all injuries, damages, or illnesses, including both mental and emotional distress or anguish, suffered by the Attendee or to the Attendee’s property). Attendee shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the League and it officers, agents, and employees and Scarbrough (collectively, “Indemnitees”) from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (collectively, “Claims”) for injury to person (including death) or property caused or alleged to be caused, in whole or in part, by any act or omission of Attendee or those for whom Attendee is legally responsible. The Attendee acknowledges that the consumption of alcohol can be a dangerous activity and may pose a threat to an individual’s health and safety if precautions are not followed.  The Attendee further acknowledges that participating in any type of recreational activities may pose a risk of serious injury or death.  The Attendee hereby acknowledges the risks of entering onto the Premises and has voluntarily subjected him or herself to the potential risks.  The Attendee hereby expressly assumes the risk of entering the Premises and taking part in the activities on the Premises during the NJSL Gala. The Attendee again acknowledges and agrees that he/she will at all times abide by all rules, procedures, safety rules, and any and all instructions provided, if at all, by NJSL, whether communicated in writing, posted on the Premises, or communicated orally.
