Bidding will go LIVE on Thursday, May 5 at 9:00 AM (PT) and CLOSE on Tuesday, May 10 at 12:00 PM (PT)
How do I participate in the online auction?
Click the 'Register Now' button towards the top of the page to register. You will be prompted to enter your information and create an account. Check the Text Message box to receive updates on bids, announcements, and purchases. Once you create your account you will be set up to bid and donate through the site. Bid from anywhere using your cell phone, tablet or computer!
How do I start and continue my bidding?
Browse the auction items under the 'Items' tab and start bidding on your favorite packages! Place a single bid on an item or set a maximum bid and let GiveSmart automatically keep you in the running until your maximum bid is reached.
How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?
You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid. When the online auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items.
Why do I need a credit card on file?
A credit card is required to bid, but will not be charged unless you are the highest bidder when the auction closes or you make a donation. Cards will be charged at 1:00 pm (PT) on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. If you have questions about your charge, please email Ninette Ayala at [email protected] by Friday, May 13.
How will I collect my items?
Auction winners are required to make payment the day and time the event closes. Please note that you will have the choice to either pay credit card fees yourself or allocate them to South Central LAMP. Details on Pick Up and Delivery of items will be emailed to the Winner after payment.
Can my items be mailed?
Shipping & Delivery is an optional item on the auction site. If option is available, your items will be mailed to the address provided at registration. If you have any questions or would like the items shipped to an alternate address, please email Ninette Ayala at [email protected].
