Ten couples are invited to join Kate Mims and friends as they host a fantastic wine tasting and pairing event at her hide-away in the woods, nestled on her 10-acre property in Conroe. Having owned a winery in Northern California, she would like to share her love of wine and winemaking with friends of Holy Name. Expect great food, luscious wine and the joy that comes with relaxed conversation.

We will begin with drinks and appetizer of authentic Cajun Hen and Sausage Gumbo and smoked Boudin, main course will consist of Louisiana Crawfish Etouffee served with your favorite beverage of wine, beer or soft drink, ending with a surprise dessert from the bayou. 20 persons. Dinner will be served in the community dining room at Holy Name Passionist Retreat Center.
