"All of our grapes are grown on certified sustainable vineyards, which means managing energy, fertilizer, and water use. It also means measurably reducing our impact on the environment, which has the added effect of producing higher quality wine grapes with the potential for more complex, balanced wines. The most memorable wines are the ones you pair with memorable experiences but you gotta to start with good wines?At Protector Cellars Winery, Alex ended up making some spectacular wines that you don't have to think twice about opening.

Experience Includes:

*Eight (8) Guests Will Enjoy An Interactive Wine Tasting in Your Home with Cheese Pairings
Owner and winemaker of Protector Cellars on California's Central Coast, the World's First Climate Positive Winery, will guide you through his winemaking process as you taste three wines.

*Wines Will be Paired with Cheeses from the World-Renowned Murray's Cheese Shop in the West Village
You can focus on how to taste wines, what goes into the wine making process, or how to select food pairings - it's completely up to you and your guests.

*Tasting Includes the Equivalent of 16 Bottles of Wine in the Form of 48 x 250mL Cans
Winner is responsible for stemware, dishes & flatware. At the end, each guest will be able to take home one of each wine (3 wines per person)!
