How does the silent auction work?
It's easy! We will be using mobile bidding the night of the event for our auction. You will be able to use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to keep up with the status of your bids and continue bidding until the auction closes. You can be the winning bidder wherever you are in the world! Have your smartphones at the ready to scope out your favorite auction items and place your bids.
How do I participate in the online bidding auction?
Get started online through this auction page. Just click the 'Register Now' button on the homepage and enter your name, phone number, e-mail. Credit Card information is required to bid.
How do I start and continue my bidding?
Browse the Silent Auction and start bidding on your favorite items! Place your bid on selected items, set a maximum bid if desired, and you will be automatically kept in the running until your maximum bid is reached.
How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?
You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! If you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you, including during the live event, when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid. When the silent auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items.
How will I collect my auction item(s)?
Auction winners are required to make payment the night of the event. Credit cards on file will be automatically processed after the event. Please note that you will have the choice to either pay credit card fees yourself or allocate them to NJ Conservation.

On-site auction winners can collect their winning items between 9-9:30PM during the event. Virtual auction winners can collect their winning items at the below dates and times, certificates can be mailed or emailed to virtual winners. Certain items will ship directly from the donor and are indicated in the item descriptions. All other items are available for pick-up from our office in Far Hills, NJ.
We are happy to accommodate you to ensure you receive your items! We will have the following scheduled pick-up days:
Tuesday, June 28: 9-11 a.m.
Thursday, June 30: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
If you are unable to pick up your item(s) during these scheduled times, please contact us at email@example.com and we will coordinate a staff delivery or shipment to you. Note: For long-distance or large shipments, we reserve the right to add shipping fees.
