12 Week Training Program with KC Endurance Coaching

The individual completing this training will work with a running coach to achieve their fitness goal anywhere from 5k through marathon distance. With it includes the ability to come to group training on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. An individualized training plan will be delivered to the runner through an app called Training Peaks in which your coach will read through your training on a weekly basis to ensure the runner is doing well with their program.

The runner can begin anytime they prefer after speaking with their coach and getting goal dates set.
