3) Purchase Ordering, Receiving, Inspecting, Delivery, Assembly, & Installing of Items 4*) Interior Remodelling can be facilitated/included as well if deemed necessary for an additional hourly design fee.

The gift certificate includes a consultation (background on your child and our services), an evaluation of your child's foundational reading/spelling skills and a 45 minute lesson.

Kids Up Reading Coaches uses evidence-based 1-on-1 instruction to teach students in grades 1-12 to "decode" the English language so that reading and writing become easy and fun! We follow the Science of Reading and use Orton-Gillingham methods to teach kids phonological skills, phonics and fluency. All sessions take place over Zoom, so you can squeeze them into your busy schedule.

Bennett Frank McCarthy Architects, Inc. offers an initial consultation meeting and 3 - 4 additional hours of follow up study after the meeting. The meeting will be held at the auction winners home or at Bennett Frank McCarthy Architects, Inc.'s offices. The purpose of this meeting is to identify the goals for the renovation and conduct a preliminary feasibility assessment for the project. During the meeting we will identify zoning and regulatory constraints, review potential design solutions and help estimate a preliminary budget for the project. Following the meeting the firm will offer 3-4 hours of time to make a rough concept sketch, refine construction cost assumptions, or research zoning and code constraints.
