The Weekend Family Workshop for kids ages 7-12 is the most comprehensive (and fun!) program Kidpower offers, incorporating a wide range of personal safety techniques, including awareness skills, boundary-setting and full-force self-protection skills with our head-to-toe padded instructors. Important adults in the child's life attend a workshop on Friday evening, and graduation on Sunday to learn how to support and continue practicing the skills taught.
