Not your typical dinner party. Spectacular Dinner Event on Lake Michigan for up to 12 at Mid-Century Modern Home in Fox Point. This is a 2 part event. You get to define your perfect night and dinner. Mike and Ellen Schlossmann would like you and your guests to enjoy a fun-filled evening overlooking Lake Michigan. This is an opportunity to enjoy the peacefulness and serenity of their lakeview home while sharing a delicious dinner all planned by you! You will work with the hosts to choose the menu and wine.

Part 1 - Identifying the perfect pairing

· Up to four guests are welcome to join the hosts in a pre-party planning session the likes of none.

· Get to know the event surroundings and hosts.

· Enjoy a glass of wine and appetizers as you review and select dinner options based old favorites as well as including recipes from ORO di Oliva.

· Consult with a retired Sommelier to pair the perfect wine for the upcoming dinner.

Part 2 - Relax and enjoy

On the evening of your dinner, your guests will experience a magnificent event planned by you. But wait, there is one more surprise that will kick off the evening. First, you and your guests will be treated to an oil and vinegar tasing hosted by Josh Saiia, the owner of ORO di Oliva.

Next you will enjoy the dinner you planned to include vinegars and oils from ORO di Oliva. Finally, the evening will conclude with a delightful dessert, coffee and after dinner drinks.
