Longs Peak 14ers Framed Print
$200Mike Wilson is a local Denver artist who painted watercolors of all 53 of the highest peaks in Colorado and recently donated the 14ers collection to Cottonwood Institute. How amazing is that?
We are excited to auction off this 15 3/4" x 19 3/4" reprint of Longs Peak in a rustic wood frame.
The most accessible (but still mind-blowing, and life-threatening) hiking route up Longs passes through the cirque on the right, through the Keyhole, and ascends the west side to the football-field sized summit. In this winter portrait, Chasm Lake is iced over. Better to climb Longs on that one day every summer when there are no thunderstorms.
