I consent to allowing Carolina Auto Auction to capture and use my personal data. I understand and have read the Terms of Service and understand that I may revoke this consent at any time.

1.  All attendees must have a credit card registered on file in order to bid on items.

2.  Attendees are responsible for immediate payment of all winning bids and may pick up their items at the conclusion of the event.  Attendees may not pick up their items until payment is confirmed.

3.  Your donations may or may not be tax deductible; please consult your tax advisor eligibility.

4.  All proceeds from the event go directly to the charity-we are pleased that you have joined us to support such a worthy cause!
