We can't wait to see you tonight at Beechwood's Annual Gala - Beechwood in Bloom 2023!

Check-in begins at 6PM. Please arrive early to enjoy passed appetizers, a drink and participate in the final hour of our silent auction. 


Check-In and Pre-Registration:
Please check in at the front desk before finding your table.

To speed up the check-in and check-out process, and also to participate in bidding, please make sure to enter your credit card information into Givesmart before arriving. Visit this link: https://beechwood2023.givesmart.com and Sign-In or register, and click on "My Info" to add your card on file. Your table information and other information is also available on that page. Helpful volunteers will be available at the check-in table to assist you should you have any issues.


Getting There/Parking:

The parking lot at The Fullerton Arboretum is currently undergoing remodel. You may park in: Cal State Fullerton Parking Lot G located across from the Arboretum and then please use the guided signs to walk to the entrance.

If you plan on drinking, please stay safe and designate a driver who will not be consuming alcohol, or use a car service such as Uber or Lyft.

 

Attire:

Spring Cocktail attire, or suits with or without ties are suggested. There are rustic garden elements so wedges or solid shoes are recommended. The weather is expected to be a little cool, we are providing space heaters but we still suggest you bring a light jacket or sweater since this event is outdoors.


Additional Details:

7:15pm - Silent Auction ends.

7:30pm - Dinner begins. 

8:00pm - Live Auction begins. Please note the bar will close for a short time during the auction so please make sure to get your drinks ahead of time. It will reopen as soon as the live auction is finished. 

9:00 - 11:00pm - Dance, Mingle, Celebrate your wins......


Drinks: Beer, wine, seltzer and non-alcoholic choices will be available for purchase. 


***All Donations Are Final. No Credits or Refunds Will Be Given.
