Host an auction party

Enjoy the auction from the comfort of home
Or consider hosting a mini gathering at your house and let us do the work.
Purchase adult beverages, family meals, desserts and charcuterie boards through the auction platform then pick them up before the event. Sales end April 1st for Charcuterie and the rest on April 5th.

Item Pick up or Delivery

After paying for your item(s), you will receive a receipt via email listing the item(s) you purchased.
All winnings can be secured the week following the auction at MPFS.
Winning bidders are responsible for item pickup.
If item shipping is required, the winning bidder incurs all shipping costs.

AUCTION RULES - General Procedures

Open Bidding - Auction attendees may start to bid on items 1 week before the live auction starts.

Descriptions - Information concerning items is believed to be reliable but no warranty is made as to the accuracy thereof and MPFS takes no responsibility for representations made in text, photographs, or pictures. The online catalog includes full descriptions of auction items.

Gift Certificates/Services/Vacations - Please read carefully specifications and limitations stipulated by the donor. Unless otherwise specified, all certificates must be redeemed within one year of the auction date and are not refundable. If not specified, the buyer is responsible for contacting donor to arrange for a mutually convenient time/date for redemption; contact donor as soon as possible to make arrangements. Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Sales - All items are sold on an "as is". All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds. Please note donor and manufacturer's limitations and specifications. By his or her purchase the buyer waives any claims for liability against either MPFS or the donor of the property or services, and neither the school nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the use of property or services sold.

Payment - The successful bidder must pay in full on the night of the Auction with a card on file. The auction platform requires a valid credit card for each user wishing to bid in any auction. All purchases processed via credit card are subject to a credit card processing fees. This applies to self checkout via the pay page, order forms and checkouts by admins. Rate is 3.95% Effective Rate: 4.112 % (Effective rate is the percentage a donor pays to cover the cost associated with the purchase AND the processing fees.) If you prefer to pay by alternate method, or have any questions, please contact [email protected] before the day of the event. All non credit card payments should be made within 3 days of the end of the event.

Charitable Contributions - That portion of the payment for an item that exceeds the fair market value of the item may be designated as a charitable contribution for tax purposes. Contact your tax advisor as to deductibility of individual items.

Winning Bidder - The GiveSmart platform will acknowledge the winning bidder.
