The Royal Knafeh is twice as nice! Two layers of knafeh consisting of a buttery shredded phyllo dough pastry layered with their secret sweet and salty cheese mixture and other delicious fillings and topped with homemade simple syrup.

This collaborative art project brought back all the fun, the learning experience, and the sense of community that we've all missed for the past 2 years! Working with mosaic has its challenges, but because our students are committed and were so excited about this unique project, they put their heart into this traditional arabesque design where
they used precision, focus and joy to accomplish this beautiful work of art.

Head of School for a Day

What would your child do if he or she could rule the school? Have your child experience a day in the shoes of Dr. Dina Eletreby! Your child will visit the classrooms, sit in on meetings, have a 'power' lunch with Dr. Eletreby, schedule fire drills, make announcements, lead the morning assembly, and call out names during dismissal. Your child will also have the opportunity to make a major decision that
will impact the entire school, such as adding an extra recess or selecting a "free-dress" day. This will be a memory for your child to cherish for years to come!
