Molecular Gastronomy with OGS Science teacher, Mr. Oesch. Using scientific processes, your child will chemically and physically transform everyday foods into a delicious science experience. This is always a live auction favorite!
The menu includes 4 courses: Fruit juice caviar, tomato "twizzler-style" caprese salad, "invisible" ravioli, and dry-ice ice cream. These will be created by your child and up to three of their friends in the 6th grade science lab after school.
