Azaleas thrive in moist, well-drained soils. Soil in our area is typically heavy compacted clay, which is not friendly for azaleas.

The best solution for heavy clay soil is to incorporate a "conditioner" like our pine fines, which will provide aeration and help with drainage.

Our pine fines will also help boost the pH level in your soil for acid-loving azaleas.
