About CRS and the Charity Ball
Community Resource Services is a responsive, community-based organization whose mission is to diminish the effects of poverty in Avon and Avon Lake. We provide basic needs assistance and individualized resource and referral services in a compassionate and confidential manner. Assistance with emergency food, utilities, rent, and medical/prescription costs are a few of the services CRS provides through the support of the Annual Charity Ball.
This annual event is the primary fundraiser for Community Resource Services. Over the past 32 years, the Charity Ball has raised more than $1,331,000 for families in need.
