The winning bidder of this donation will win a 2 hour, hands-on cooking class for 2 adults with the Private Chef of Kesar Kitchen, who specializes in the delicious cuisine of India and the Middle East.

She will schedule the class with you at a mutually convenient time and come to your home (ITP) to conduct the class. Food costs are not included.
The donation includes complete consultation with the Chef (over phone or email) to decide on a Main and complementary side dish to be cooked during your class.

The Chef's specialties include Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine and she takes all manner of dietary needs into consideration so the menu can be fully customized to your tastes and preferences. Once it has been decided, the Chef will send you a detailed shopping list with ingredients, quantities and shopping tips included so that you can shop for what is required. The Chef will bring any esoteric spices on the ingredients list if they are hard to procure.

The donation includes all planning time and the class time, as well as any email follow up that you may have. If you wish to add more people to the class, this can be discussed further when setting up the class. Valid May 1st 2022 to April 30th 2023.
