Travel to the Knob Creek distillery, tour the facility, have lunch, and meet with the master distillers. The winner will taste the different bourbon and rye barrels and pick the one they like most. After the selection is made, they will have input on the label before the barrel is bottled and shipped. Travel is encouraged earlier in the year (February-April) to help make sure that bottles are ready for shipping late next year. Travel to the Gagnon-Kennedy Vineyards in Napa and enjoy a two night stay at the winery. During their visit the winner will tour the vineyards, meet with the winemakers, and enjoy dinner each night in the vineyard. Additionally, the winner will work with the Vineyards' winemaker to make their barrel selection and also the graphic design team on their own custom label for the bottles. Steven Kent Ritz-Carlton Cabernet is produced from Livermore Valley Cabernet. This lighter-style wine is full of the aromas of red cherry and blackberry with subtle undertones of cigar and cedar. In the mouth, the wine is wonderfully fruit-forward and delicious.

Enjoy a private in-home wine sampling experience for up to 12 people. This lot includes 8 bottles of wine and a wine consultant who will guide you through the tasting. All you need to provide is a wine glass for each person attending, water, a "dump bucket," and pens. We also recommend providing some light appetizers to go with the wine. This simple, fun event lasts approximately 2 hours.
