Sandy Leung is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Bristol Myers Squibb Company. Since joining Bristol Myers Squibb in 1992 as a staff attorney in the litigation department, Sandy has risen to the leader of their worldwide Law Department with responsibilities in legal areas including intellectual property, commercial and regulatory law, litigation, and more. She also has responsibility for Compliance & Ethics, Environment, Health & Safety, Corporate Security and Corporate Philanthropy. Sandy is also the Executive Sponsor of Bristol Myers Squibb's BOLD (Black Organization for Leadership and Development) People & Business Resource Group.

She began her legal career as Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office in New York City where she was an original member of the Child Abuse Bureau. Sandy is on the board of directors of the Asian-American Legal Defense and Education Fund and the board of directors of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association. She is a graduate of Tufts University and Boston College Law School.
