19" x 35" x 1"

This etching is the sixth in the seven-etching "Banquet" series, which depicts the seven aspects of an Egyptian soul. "Khu/Khabs" refers to a person's spiritual beauty. As the woman in the top section of the etching looks at her physical appearance, the goddess of beauty, Hathor, tells her she has enough inner beauty that her soul will become a star in the sky for everyone to admire. "Khu/Khabs" is a hand-pulled, painted, and embossed intaglio etching. Information sheets describing in detail the symbolism of this scene are included with this etching, as well as a detailed explanation of the etching technique used to create it.
