Now, with Cúrate at Home, the same crew is conveniently packing up house-made favorites and hand-selected Spanish specialties to ship nationwide. From classic tapas, to paella starter kits, to cured meats, there's a broad selection from which to choose. We've decided to showcase the Cúrate at Home Experience kit, a veritable tapas party that will have you eating, entertaining and shouting olé in no time!
The Cúrate at Home Experience is the closest you can get to dining at Cúrate without a reservation.
Shipped to your door with cooking instructions, the most-loved dishes from Cúrate, and an Asheville-made 3-legged pig toothpick holder!
Package includes:
- Pan con Tomate: Half loaf of thin and crispy "pan de cristal" and ½ pint of fresh tomate fresco - Simply toast the bread and spread the tomatoes over the toasted slices to recreate the classic pan con tomate at home!
- Anchoas: Anchovies. Enjoy on their own, or skewer onto toothpick with piparra pepper and olive for a traditional pincho
- Boquerones: White Cantabrian anchovies marinated in vinegar, garlic and herbs, then hand packed in olive oil. A classic tapa, these can be added to pan con tomate, for an extra punch of flavor
- Manchego Cheese: Classic and unmistakable supple flavor and buttery notes
- Croquetas de Pollo: 12 creamy chicken croquettes, handmade and ready for frying
- Pimientos de Piquillo Rellenos: 6 piquillo peppers stuffed with Spanish goat cheese. Serve at room temperature as part of an appetizer spread or sear quickly on both sides until just warmed through. Makes excellent side dish
- Gazpacho: It wouldn't be a Spanish spread without it! One quart of chilled tomato and cucumber soup
- Pincho Moruno: 4 lamb skewers, marinated with Moorish spice, frozen. Thaw, then grill or sear!
- Cúrate Pig: Ceramic pig toothpick holder - Lori Theriault of Crazy Green Studios in Asheville's River Arts District makes every pig by hand. These pigs only have three legs - the fourth is the jamon!
