Cancellation of a cruise after the booking has been confirmed will result in the forfeiture of the cruise certificate. The cruise certificate is non-commissionable, non-refundable, has no cash value, and is non-transferrable. The cruise certificate cannot be re-sold and cannot be used as partial payment toward a different Windstar cruise. Original cruise certificate, payment for taxes, gratuity and any upgrades must be submitted to Windstar Cruises.
