This bucolic campus overlooking the Hudson River is a must-see destination.

You and your group of 4 will start with apperitivi and primi at Ristorante Caterina de' Medici, a glorious Italian eatery overlooking the stunning herb and rose garden and the Hudson River. Midcourse will be at American Bounty Restaurant, with a focus on seasonal Hudson Valley products. Conclude dinner with mains and dessert at the ultramodern French The Bocuse Restaurant.
