A New Orleans Food & Drink Encounter for Two People for Two Days.

Explore this magical city in 2 neighborhoods in 2 days as a guest of CureCo's famed mixologist/owner Neal Bodenheimer.

Start Uptown, with drinks at the always perfect and seriously devoted to craft cocktails CURE, the 2018 James Beard Foundation Best Bar Program award winner. Then head next door to Vals, to savor a casual Mexican-inflected dinner. Developed in a vintage service station, Vals is an indoor-outdoor hang, splitting the difference between bar and family-friendly restaurant. Chef Alfredo "Fredo" Nogueira's menu draws from his Latin American roots focusing on street food and snacks. His crew makes corn tortillas in-house for the selection of tacos including pork shoulder, suadero (crispy chopped beef belly), green mole chicken, sweet potato with salsa macha and more.

Day 2, head to the French Quarter. Enjoy drinks at Peychaud's Bar, a timeless French Quarter cocktail bar off the breathtaking courtyard of Hotel Maison De Ville. Named after its famous bitters. Located in the historic house (now hotel) and former home of Antoine Peychaud, who ran an apothecary, and famously created his tonic formula there. Peychaud Bitters later become the integral ingredient of the official cocktail of New Orleans - the Sazerac.

Conclude with a fabulous dinner at Cane & Table, Chef Fredo Nogueira's first restaurant. Nogueira is a New Orleans native of Cuban descent, a heritage that very much shapes his culinary style and appreciation for Cajun cuisine. Cane & Table has garnered many accolades including named as one of Five Best New Cocktail Bars in America by Bon Appétit. It focuses on rums and tiki-inspired cocktails.
