Dough Head Winemaker Heidi Bridenhagen has crafted a range of limited-quantity and terroir-specific wines, ranging from traditional method Sparkling wines from Willamette Valley, OR, to a complex and age-worthy Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa. These wines are only available on the Dough website and sold individually or in curated sets that offer a snapshot of a region, style, or variety.

Dough Wines were crafted in concert with a diverse group of James Beard Foundation Chefs and Culinary Leaders, to be elegant and food forward.

Dough represents a partnership with Distinguished Vineyards & Wine Partners - the exclusive wine partner of James Beard Foundation's Advocacy and Sustainability Programs - and is a first for JBF.

Dough is rooted in purpose with a mission to "rise to the occasion" by creating positive systemic change for restaurant recovery and ethical operation, diversity and equality in the culinary arts and beverage spaces, and food sustainability. This is accomplished through an annual donation to the JBF programs. Since launch, dough Wines has contributed over $75,000.
