You and your guests will dine at the nationally acclaimed Husk, devoted to elevating and honoring southern local ingredients, set in a restored Victorian-era home. Executive Chef and Lowcountry native Chef Travis Grimes reinterprets the bounty of the surrounding area, presenting an ingredient-driven cuisine that begins in the rediscovery of heirloom products and redefines what it means to cook and eat in the South.

You will also dine at Delaney Oyster House, a seafood-focused restaurant and raw bar, located adjacent to the hotel. Delaney Oyster House is upholding the Lowcountry's oyster house history and tradition. Chef Shamil Velazquez, a James Beard Award semifinalist, works directly with farmers and fisheries to source sustainable seafood both locally and from a multitude of regions throughout the world.
